Attorney in Charge
Andrew is an Articling Student at Cunningham Swan. He received a B.A. Honors in Criminal Justice and an M.A. in Sociology from Nipissing University; graduating the latter with the President’s Gold Medal. He received his J.D. from Queen’s University in 2022 where he was on the Dean’s Honours List and earned course prizes in Remedies and Criminal Law. At Queen’s Andrew was the Co-Editor- in-Chief of the Queen’s Law Journal, a Student Case Worker at the Prison Law Clinic, and a Teaching Assistant in the Certificate in Law program. Andrew was a summer student at Cunningham Swan in 2021. In his spare time Andrew trains in three styles of martial arts: Goshin Jitsu, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, and Muay Thai. He is a black belt in Goshin Jitsu.
Kelvin D. Bush is an Associate in our Wills & Estates group.
Kelvin completed a First Degree Honours undergraduate degree at Mount Allison University in New Brunswick. Afterward, she attended Queen’s Law in Kingston where she received a course prize (first place) for Wills & Estates, graduating in 2010. Currently, her focus is estate and trust planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. She enjoys working with clients to help them prepare for the future in order to protect themselves and provide for their loved ones in the best manner possible.Monica Turney is an Associate in our Tax and Litigationb group.
She first discovered her passion for real estate in 2012 at a law firm in Southwestern Ontario where she worked on real estate transactions as a General Assistant. She went on to obtain her B.A. (Hons.) from Carleton University in 2015, and her J.D. from Western University in 2018. As a law student, Monica participated in various practical clinics and served as a caseworker for Community Legal Services. Monica has strong family ties in Kingston and was happy to make it her home after spending two years as legal counsel for a firm in Southwestern Ontario
