Neville is the founder of Neville Law LLP having been admitted to the roll in 1995. Having obtained his Masters from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. His studies were conducted whilst working full-time as a senior member of management in the public sector. He is an entrepreneur having developed a thriving corporate firm from scratch and securing its place firmly in the City, he established the firm to provide experienced and dynamic solicitors in Canada, who could think outside the box, whilst delivering at competitive costs.
Andrew Neville oversees our high-net worth clients, entrepreneurs and technology companies. He handles complex disputes including High Court cases. He also creates structures for businesses and individuals seeking to secure investment either through equity share, EIS or corporate bonds and debt financing, by making them legally investment ready and through regulated tax advisors commercially aware of the types of structures available. Often talks at specialist events and universities where we have a solid partnership .
Andrew Neville is highly regarded by his clients. His longest standing client of many years say's he has a command of litigation and his robust approach has always proven successful for our company. Kelvin D. Bush is an Associate in our Wills & Estates group.
Kelvin completed a First Degree Honours undergraduate degree at Mount Allison University in New Brunswick. Afterward, she attended Queen’s Law in Kingston where she received a course prize (first place) for Wills & Estates, graduating in 2010. Currently, her focus is estate and trust planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. She enjoys working with clients to help them prepare for the future in order to protect themselves and provide for their loved ones in the best manner possible.Monica Turney is an Associate in our Tax and Litigationb group.
She first discovered her passion for real estate in 2012 at a law firm in Southwestern Ontario where she worked on real estate transactions as a General Assistant. She went on to obtain her B.A. (Hons.) from Carleton University in 2015, and her J.D. from Western University in 2018. As a law student, Monica participated in various practical clinics and served as a caseworker for Community Legal Services. Monica has strong family ties in Kingston and was happy to make it her home after spending two years as legal counsel for a firm in Southwestern OntarioAssociate Lawyer
Wilson graduated from Queen’s University in 1999 with numerous awards for outstanding achievement, including earning the highest standing in her graduating class. He then practised for several years with a major national law firm where she fine-tuned his skills and gained significant trial experience. Cunningham Swan was lucky to welcome Wilson to the team and she quickly flourished as a litigator, appearing before tribunals and all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada.
